With this feature, we can quickly and easily share documents, images, and vehicle fault code reports with you. This way, we keep all relevant ticket information available to you in one place. All you have to do is open your ticket in our customer portal and you will be able to see and download the attachments we have shared.

2. Log in with your username and password
3. From the menu, select ticket history
   
   
   
   
4. You can now view the details of each ticket you have submitted
