Create a ticket for the Jifeline Remote Diagnostics service center

Requesting a service from Jifeline Remote Diagnostics is done as follows:

1. Connect the Jifeline interface to the OBD-II connector of the vehicle
   (It may take up to one minute for the J-ReX to become visible)
   
   
2. Open a browser on a device and type:
   
   
   
3. Log in with username and password
4. Select the correct Jifeline interface
5. Enter the VIN number of the vehicle
6. Select the service or service you want
7. Create the ticket
