Creating a ticket for the Jifeline Remote Diagnostics service center

Install the correct Android app first! 

Requesting a service or service from Jifeline Remote Diagnostics is done as follows:

1. Connect the Jifeline standard interface to the vehicle's OBD-II socket.
2. The Jifeline app is automatically opened, as soon as the USB cable is connected to the Android device.
3. Log in with pin code
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the VIN number of the vehicle.
5. Select the required service.
6. Create the ticket.
