Problem
We have seen cases where the firmware upgrade of a remote diagnostic USB-interface fails. This results in error codes 6 and 11 being displayed in the app. The green led on the interface will blink slowly (1 Hz).
How to solve
Advice the customer to connect the interface to a second Android device, either a phone or tablet. In most cases the firmware update will now restart and succeed. After the firmware upgrade the interface can be used on device nr. 1 as well.
