In the Ticket History, you can find an overview of your previous tickets, including vehicle information and any attachments related to each ticket.

To access your Ticket History, log in to the customer portal (jifeline.obd.help), click on the three lines in the top-right corner of the screen to open the menu, and then select "Ticket History".
