It is a system used by car manufacturers to give workshops access to specific technical information, diagnostics, and service procedures for certain car brands.

Why do garages need SERMI?
For certain services, repairs, or updates, access to SERMI is mandatory. This ensures that:

Why do we request this from workshops?

How to obtain SERMI
To apply for a SERMI certificate, a workshop must register with a certification body. The body reviews the full application, this process is completely independent of our company.
