We can only update the digital service history for BMW, Mini, and Porsche. The process for BMW and Mini is handled differently than for Porsche. Below is the step-by-step guide for each brand.
For BMW and Mini
Step 1: Register the service in the BMW digital system
The vehicle owner or an authorized workshop must first register the maintenance in the official BMW/Mini digital service booklet.
Log in to the BMW AOS portal
Register the completed maintenance
Step 2: Connect the J-ReX
Connect the J-ReX to the OBD port
Ensure the J-ReX is connected to the internet
Step 3: Log in to the customer portal and create a ticket
Log in to the customer portal jifeline.obd.help
Select the service “Condition Based Service BMW/MINI Service History Update” and create the ticket
We will then synchronize the registered maintenance data from the online service booklet so that it is visible in the vehicle itself
For Porsche
Step 1: After performing the maintenance, connect the J-ReX
Connect the J-ReX to the OBD port
Ensure the J-ReX is connected to the internet
Step 2: Log in to the customer portal and create a ticket
