How to create a ticket?

Step 1: Make sure the Remote VCI is connected

Insert the OBD plug into the vehicle and ensure the Remote VCI is powered on and connected to the internet (via WiFi or cable).
 

Step 2: Go to https://jifeline.obd.help

Open your web browser and go to https://jifeline.obd.help

Log in with your username and password.
 

Step 3: Follow the on-screen steps

After logging in, select the Remote VCI connected to the vehicle. The VIN will be detected automatically. If not, enter it manually.

Select the service you want to use. If the service is not listed, choose “The desired service is not listed”.

Once submitted, your ticket will start and the chat with a Jifeline technician will open automatically.
