What should I do if the ticket has been closed, but I am still experiencing issues?

If you still experience issues after a ticket has been closed, or if something went wrong during the ticket, you can always reconnect the vehicle and create a new ticket.

When creating a new ticket, select the service “Service is not listed.” This ensures that you will be connected directly with one of our specialists. You can then explain that you had a previous ticket and describe the issue you are still experiencing.
