Where can I create a ticket?

After the J-ReX has been successfully connected to the internet, you can create a ticket.

  1. Open a browser and go to our customer portal: jifeline.obd.help 
  2. Your username is your email address. If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot password?
  3. Once logged in, click on your connector number to create a new ticket.
