After the J-ReX has been successfully connected to the internet, you can create a ticket.
- Open a browser and go to our customer portal: jifeline.obd.help
- Your username is your email address. If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot password?
- Once logged in, click on your connector number to create a new ticket.
