My chat is gone, what should I do?

If your ticket or chat has disappeared, don’t worry – this does not necessarily mean that the ticket has been closed.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to jifeline.obd.help.
  2. Log in to the customer portal.
  3. Click on your connector number.

If the ticket is still in progress, the chat will reappear. If the ticket has been closed, you will need to create a new ticket.
