Before having a service performed on your vehicle, it is useful to know the costs in advance. By looking up the price of the service in your customer account, you get immediate insight into the expected costs and any applicable discounts. You can do this yourself by following these steps:

Log in to your customer account
Log in to your customer account via the website jifeline.obd.help, using a phone, tablet, or laptop.

Open the menu
Click on the menu icon at the top right of your screen.

Select ‘Look up price’
Choose the option “Look up price” from the menu.

Search for your vehicle
You can search for your vehicle in two ways:

• Search using the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).

• Manually select the brand, model group, and model of your vehicle.

• Select the desired service

After selecting your vehicle, choose the service for which you want to know the price.

View the gross price
The gross price of the selected service will now be displayed.

View the net price
If you want to know the net price (after any discounts), click the button to the right under “show details.” The discount and net price will then be visible.
